How do I use the content calendar?

The content calendar provides a visual overview of your scheduled posts. You can preview the content schedule, view upcoming content, and ensure a consistent posting schedule. Access it from the "Content Calendar" section of your dashboard.

You can filter out the post status by clicking the status on top of the calendar:

All Posts: View every post you've created, regardless of its current status. This includes drafts, scheduled posts, published posts, and any that failed to publish. Use this section to get a comprehensive overview of all your content in one place.

Drafts: These are posts you’ve started creating but haven’t scheduled or published yet. Drafts allow you to save your progress and come back to finish and schedule them later. Perfect for planning and refining your content before it goes live.

Scheduled: These are posts that you’ve planned and set to be published at a specific future date and time. Scheduled posts help you maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure your content is shared at the optimal times for your audience.

Published: These are posts that have been successfully shared on your social media platforms. Use this section to review what has been posted, engage with comments and interactions, and analyze the performance of your published content.

Failed: These are posts that were unable to be published due to an error. ReachHub provides detailed error messages to help you understand why a post failed and how to fix it. This section allows you to quickly identify issues and take corrective action to ensure your content reaches your audience.

Knowing the status of your posts helps you stay organized and ensures your social media strategy is executed smoothly. If you encounter any issues or need assistance, our support team is here to help.
